| The values of an enterprise, just like the values of an individual, to a large extent, does not depend on what it has achieved, but what it is pursing for. The twenty years we have |
passed through is the very result of our Yida people's keeping on pursuing and also the course of our keeping on pursuing for future. During such twenty years, our pursuit becomes more and more stronger and clearer, and such pursuit is more and more generally embodied in the ideas and actions of our Yida people.
What the enterprise would be like in future? And what Yida would be like tomorrow? Maybe we still could not describe it accurately and in detail. However, on the base of our Yida people's limited anticipation, firstly, she must be an enterprise with the capability to create benefits, and an enterprise competent to create fortune and values for the society and the state, including the realization of the values of customers, partners and shareholders, and improvement of employees' living in the enterprise and promotion of their career, moreover, it is not only the creation of pure economic values; secondly, she is not only a Chinese enterprise, even an enterprise with Chinese characteristics, but also an internationalized and comparatively pure enterprise with mature humanistic management rules inside and pursuing for reasonable market space and ideal existence environment outside; in addition, our culture and ways of thinking are not dominated only by sensibility and experiences, but become more cognitive, rational, scientific and open-minded. An enterprise shall not only be a creation center of economic and technological values, but also an active and leading study base and innovation platform of new ideas and culture in the society.
However, an enterprise to pursue for great advance cannot be self-contented and cease her step to make further progress, on the contrary, she shall unceasingly innovate, challenge herself, deny herself and surpass herself. It is usually painful and difficult for an individual and an enterprise hoping to surpass herself, just like the course for a chrysalis to transform to be a butterfly. If one cannot surpass itself, it can never cherish a new development space and create more values. Where there isn't tomorrow, there is only decline and death. The development history of Yida is just a course of increasing transformation and surpassing. In spite of hardship and pains, we feel no regret and blame. Because we have chosen tomorrow and we will create an enterprise oriented to the future.
In fact, we are creating history and the future, and we have no way to refuse the call of our ideals. Yida has been going its way for twenty years, and we will firmly, enthusiastically and bravely go ahead, and let generations and generations of new Yida people march forward to the future. Perhaps, we could not step forward one day, but we will have our dreams for the future in our soul forever. |
